BILLS Mr. Elroy Mr. Elroy Bills, 66, of Toledo, OH, passed away February 27, 2017 in his home with the Lord and Saviour as his witness. He was employed at Interlake Steel and also Acklin Stamping Company prior to his disability. He is survived by siblings, Vanilla Brown and Billie Feagin, both of Toledo.
