<p><br /> Hershel Hall, 87, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Margaret Hall-Rustin and Ray Rustin, was born January 3rd, 1935, in Rockport, Indiana, and departed this life on Wednesday, February 16th, 2022, in Campbellsville, Kentucky.</p> <p><br /> He united in marriage to Shirley Ann Marriner in 1954, who preceded him in death on April 30th, 1970.</p> <p><br /> Hershel professed his faith in Christ and was of Christian faith. He served in the United States Marines from 1953-1956. His passion was harness racing, he was a self-made owner, trainer, and driver of harness horses. Hershel loved playing cards especially solitaire. He was a loving dad and grandfather.<br /> <br /> Hershel is survived by:</p> <p><br /> Two sons: Richard Hall and his wife, Ann, of Newburg, Indiana, and Heith Hall and his wife, Connie, of Campbellsville, Kentucky.</p> <p><br /> Two daughters: Doreen O&rsquo;Hara and her husband, Joe, of Midland, Texas, and Debra Hall of Grand Falls, Texas.</p> <p><br /> Fifteen grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.</p> <p><br /> Besides his parents, Hershel is preceded in death by:</p> <p><br /> One daughter: Donna Lee Taylor.</p> <p><br /> One sister: Donna Jean Jacobs.</p> <p><br /> One brother: Barney Hall.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>VISITATION: Thursday, February 24th, 2022, from 4pm-6pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown in Campbellsville with burial to follow in&nbsp;Maplewood Cemetery in&nbsp;Freehold, New Jersey at a later&nbsp;date.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for expressions of sympathy be taken in the form of donations to Gideon Bibles and can be made at the funeral home.</p> <p>The staff of Auberry Funeral Home would like to thank the family for entrusting us with the care and arrangements of Mr. Hershel Hall at our funeral home. May God bless you during this difficult time.<br /> &nbsp;</p>

Hershel Hall, 87, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Margaret Hall-Rustin and Ray Rustin, was born January 3rd, 1935, in Rockport, Indiana, and departed this life on Wednesday, February 16th, 2022, in Campbellsville, Kentucky.
