Silas “Shuggie Bear” Chance-Kent Scott, of Boonville, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at his home. Silas was born in Newburgh, Indiana on November 22, 2021 to Jakob and Caylin (Monroe) Scott. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Travelstead, Linda Ilene Wilson, Richard Monroe. Silas is survived by his parents, siblings, Liam Monroe, Oliver Monroe, Winter Scott; grandparents, Kazanna Ambrose (Blake); Brandy Monroe; Rob Scott; great-grandparents, Joe Travelstead (Rayna); Kristina Holder (Scott); Bonnie Travelstead, Jon and Jennifer Fain; aunts and uncles; Donna Walker (Harlin), Cody Scott, Jessica Scott, Patricia Garret, Donald Garret, Richard Ferran, Brooke Ferran, Dillan Charlton, Lexy Charlton, Matt Gossar, Lacy Fain, Brandon Crooks. Services will be 2 P.M. on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Koehler Funeral Home, Perigo Chapel in Chandler, Indiana with Pastor David Sutton officiating. Burial will be held at Freedom Cemetery in Boonville, Indiana Visitation will be from 10 A.M. until 2 P.M. on Monday, February 21, 2022 at the funeral home in Chandler.
