Aberdeen, SD-Larry French, 64, of Aberdeen died February 16, 2022, at Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center.

Larry was born September 22, 1957, in Huron, SD to John and Irene (Palmer) French. He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged October 28, 1975.

Larry welcomed his first daughter, Christina, January 21, 1987. His second daughter, Tiffany was born January 7, 1988. Larry was thrilled to have two beautiful daughters who he loved more than life itself.

Larry was able to spend much of his life doing what he loved, cooking. He worked as a cook at the Crossroads and Plains in Huron. He then moved to Aberdeen and cooked at Marlins and the Millstone prior to retiring. Larry was an avid and loyal Minnesota Vikings football fan.

Larry is survived by his daughters, Christina, and Tiffany; brother, Dale; sisters, Elizabeth (Dale Hult), Rose (Kim Morey), and Sheryl (Jeff Decker); sisters-in-law, Patricia (Archie) and Jody (Gene); special cousin, William Jones and many, many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Irene, sisters, Laverne and Leona and brothers, Gerald, Gene, and Archie.
