Leonard T. Zinn

Leonard T. Zinn age 97 was born on December 27, 1924, to the late John and Anna (Bortner) Zinn and passed away on February 3, 2022. Along with his parents, Leonard was preceded in death by five sisters and four brothers. Survivors include, three children, Thomas L. (Rebecca) Zinn, Virginia E. (Jim) Adams, Christopher A. (Claudia) Zinn; several grandchildren; his extended Michigan family, longtime companion, Evelyn Whitney and the Rogers Family, since 1993. Leonard was a member of the International Steel Guitar Hall of Fame, the Michigan Steel Guitar Hall of Fame, honorary member of the Indy Hawaiian Steel Guitar Club, along with being the last surviving member of the 101 Ranch Boys. Leonard was a retired owner/operator of Zinn’s Music Store in Hanover, Pennsylvania. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and he will be interred in Mount Olivet Cemetery in his hometown of Hanover, Pennsylvania.
