<p>Lucy-Ann Knowles, 74, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022, in Springfield, MA.</p> <p>Lucy was born in Providence, RI on February 9, 1947, to the late Robert Leroy Burke and Lucy Toby Barnaby Burke (Dean). She lived in Warwick, RI for most of her life until moving to Southwick, MA in 2005. Lucy was a graduate of Pilgrim High School in Warwick and received a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.</p> <p>Lucy treasured being a grandmother to her two granddaughters, Megan and Lauren. Lucy also enjoyed traveling with her husband and playing cards with friends.</p> <p>Lucy leaves her husband Robert Stephen Knowles of Southwick, MA, her daughters: Kara Knowles of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, Jennifer Zaniewski and her husband Brian of Southington, CT, and Kenna Knowles of Grafton, MA, her granddaughters Megan Zaniewski and Lauren Zaniewski of Southington, CT, along with other family members and friends.</p> <p>Services will be held at a later date at Norwood Baptist Church, 48 Budlong Ave., Warwick, RI.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Lucy’s memory to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Donate to Dana-Farber and help fight cancer.
