Cherished son of Stella Brock and the late Robert A. Windsor, Sr. Dear brother of Audrey Windsor, Michael (Mary) Windsor, and James Windsor. Beloved uncle of Chelsey Windsor, Haley Rothert, Sierra Windsor, Emma Windsor, and Michael Windsor. Passed away February 7, 2022. Visitation will be held at Clepper Funeral Home, 2961 Madison Rd., Oakley on Tuesday February 15 from 6 pm until time of funeral service at 7 pm.
