Nicole A. Hudson
<p>Nicole (August) Hudson, age 50, unexpectedly went to join the Lord on February 6, 2022, after health issues she experienced during the last year.</p> <p>Nicole is survived by her parents Anthony and Barbara August, children Brandon and Kelsey (Kevin) and partner Marc Townsend who has been the love of Nicole’s life for the last 8 years. Nicole is also survived by her siblings Todd August and fiance Tammy (children Zach, Sydney, & Shelby), Rene Stimmel and husband Steve and children Taylor, Zachary (wife Josie). </p> <p>Nicole also loved her dogs, Ziggy and Shelbie who meant the world to her. Unfortunately, she was predeceased by her sweet Ziggy and will most definitely be missed by Shelbie. </p> <p>The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the many friends that Nicole had and that made her life fulfilling, exciting, and complete. </p> <p>Nicole brought so much joy to all that knew her. She enjoyed life to the fullest, Nicole enjoyed crabbing, spending time at the beach and with family, getting a great tan, eating Nic-o-bolis, shopping, and creating new recipes for family get togethers. Most of all, Nicole enjoyed love, laughter and spending time with family.</p> <p>Nicole was always a ray of sunshine on a dreary day. She turned cloudy days into beautiful, sunny days. She never met a challenge she wasn’t able to achieve. </p> <p>Heaven will be a better place with Nicole there. We love you Nicole and you will be so missed as a mom, daughter, partner, sister and friend!</p> <p>The graveside service for Nicole will be held at Cathedral Cemetery, 2400 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington, DE 19805 on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 11:00 am.</p>Obituary
