Richard Paul Schneider, Jr – B to his wife, Daddio to his children, Mike to his family and friends – was born March 2, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He lived all over the United States, working his way from International Paper in the Deep South to Tenneco Automotive in the Chicago Suburbs. His career as a Human Resources executive brought him to five of the seven continents. He made good friends on all of them, but wherever the corporate world took him, his heart was always at home with his family. At age 63, he retired and moved to Naples, Florida, to focus on what he loved: driving (cars and golf balls), steaks, Jack on the rocks, and his wife, kids, cats, and Blanche. He died at home, peacefully with his wife and children, on January 30, 2022, after a brief illness.

He is missed.

He is survived by his wife Debby, his daughter Jessica, his son Trip (Richard Paul Schneider III), sister Pat, brother Dave (Tammi), cousin Butch (Kerry), and extended family and friends all over the world.
