Ellen M. Shelton Obituary
Ellen M. Shelton, 89, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2022, at the Baptist Home in Rhinebeck. She was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on May 11, 1932, to Earle and Helen (Blouin) Megin. She became a bookkeeper and also was a farmer. Having owned and operated the Winchell Mountain Farm for many years.
Ellen is survived by her daughter Linda Couse, her three sons: Bruce Shelton, Allen Shelton, and Timothy Shelton. Nine grandchildren; Christopher and Brian Couse, Stacey Burlingame, Jessica Ostrander, Adam and Nick Shelton, Allen Shelton Jr., Tammy Morales, and Cassandra and Elena Shelton. In addition to many great grandchildren.
Memorial calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 2:00 to 5:00 at the Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 7749 S. Main Street, Pine Plains, NY.
