Westminster-David Scott Paine, 57 of Westminster died peacefully Thursday morning February 3, 2022 in UMass Memorial Medical Center after a period of declining health.
Scott as he was known to everyone was born in Holden, MA on June 23, 1964 and has lived in the Fitchburg and Westminster area all of his life.
Scott is survived by his three children, Cynthia Brown of Fitchburg, Robert Paine of Washington and Christopher Paine of Fitchburg, six grandchildren, Tristan Brown, Luna Brown, Ariana Paine, Anna Williams, Athena Paine and Olivia Paine; four siblings, Rodrick Paine, Michael Rahaim, Laura Flanagan and Theresa Benedict; and many nieces and nephews. Scott was predeceased by his mother, Shirley (Thibodeau) Rahaim; stepfather, Thomas Rahaim, and one brother, Donald Paine.
Scott was an extremely handy man. He could fix or repair anything. If he couldn’t fix something, he would quickly learn how to. He was always helping others in their homes to fix anything broken. Scott loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
At Scott’s request no calling hours are planned. A Celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
John F. Masciarelli, James M. Hebert and Terresa Shea, Funeral Directors.
