I just found out that Msgr. Dowling passed away. A posting on Vintage Philadelphia had a young picture of him from 1969. I knew him years later when he was Pastor of St. Patrick's in Center City. He was always so nice to me. I will pray for him. RIP.

I found out in February that he passed. He was the Pastor of St Elizabeth Church in North Philly. He was a good Pastor. Rest in Peace, sir, rest in peace.
