VANESSA LYNN BREWER
<p>Lynn Brewer, age 62 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022.<br /> Lynn was born on March 21, 1959 in Barnesville, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, James Walter Lummus. She was a member of Griffin First Assembly of God, where she was active in the prayer warrior group. She loved gardening and reading. Lynn enjoyed traveling to the mountains with her husband and spending time with her family, friends and especially loved playing with her granddaughter, best friend and buddy.<br /> Survivors include, her husband of 43 years, James Brewer; children, Joshua Brewer, Jeremy Brewer, Mallory Comer; granddaughter, Madison Comer; her mother, Patsy Cline; brothers, Tim Lummus, Mark Lummus; sister, Laurie McDermitt; and several nieces and nephews.<br /> Visitation will be Friday, January 28, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Griffin First Assembly. Interment will follow at Griffin Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Brewer will be taken to the church to lie in state one hour prior to the services. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made directly to the funeral home to assist with expenses.</p>March 21, 1959 - January 27, 202203/21/195901/27/2022
