David M. Machietto, 79, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Heritage Hall West. He was born in Holyoke, MA to the late John and Catherine (Polakowski) Machietto. He worked as a design engineer for a number of local firms. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, hunting and photography. David also was an artist and painted a mural at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Westfield. He is survived by his beloved wife, Donna (Collins) Machietto of Agawam and his sister Diane Glaeser and her husband Jim of Southwick. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 1PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield.
