Jeremy Michael Summerlin, age 38, of Sharpsburg, Georgia, passed away on January 25, 2022 at Piedmont Atlanta hospital.

He was born to parents Randy Lamar Summerlin and Susan Jones Summerlin on April 30, 1983, in Griffin, Georgia. He was an Eagle Scout who loved helping others and spending time with his family.

Jeremy is survived by his wife, Courtney Leigh Capes Summerlin; children, Autumn and Annaston Summerlin; parents Randy and Susan Summerlin; brother, Christopher Andrew Summerlin and wife, Shannon; nieces and nephews, Samantha Summerlin, Rory Summerlin, Isabella Summerlin and Ashton Summerlin.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow in the Chapel; Elder Silas Ford will officiate.
