Ruth Mae Thompson Obituary
Ruth Mae Phillips Thompson, 94, of Red Bank, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022. She was the longest living member of North Chattanooga Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Charles Thompson Sr. and 13 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Nancy (Wendell) Merrell of Hixson and Elaine (Allen) Gray of Alabama; sons, Robert Charles Thompson Jr. of Decatur, TN and Tommy (Jodie) Thompson of Dayton, TN; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Monday, January 31, 2022 in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Chaplain Jerry McNabb officiating.
