Billy Joe Davis, 63, of Southport, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. Billy Joe was born on January 11, 1959 in Andalusia, AL. He was a graduate of Bay High School. Billy Joe’s hobbies included dog hunting, fishing, and he was a Florida Gators fan. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Roosevelt Davis. Left to treasure Billy Joe’s memory is his daughter, Kayla Davis; son, TJ Davis (Jacque Davis); grandchildren, Tanner Davis and Tynlee Davis; his mother, Margaret Davis; and his sister, Phyllis Henderson. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Christian Baptist Church, with Pastor Billy Melvin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
