Ernestine Frances Hathway Miller was born, August 21, 1930 in Norton, West Virginia, daughter of the late Francis Willard Hathway and Alta May Elbon. She retired after many years from the Federal Department of Defense. To her family, she will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Ernestine passed away at the age of 91 on January 24, 2022.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings.

Ernestine is survived by sons, Richard “Rick” Warren Miller (Coralee) of Falls Church, VA, David Wayne Miller (Lawanna) of Groves, TX; daughter, Cynthia “Cindy” Morton (Danny); seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
