Patrick Scott Smith, 83 passed away December 2, 2021 in DeLand. He was born in Central Station, WV on April 22, 1938. He was the owner of Pat's Electric and served in the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife Janet Lee Smith; son Steven Jay Smith; daughters Jennifer Lynn Almodovar and Karen Susan Smith; brother Mike Smith and sisters Ann Cornell, Kitty Cornell, Rose Nudd, Elaine Strader and Lynn Frazier.
