Richard L. Osborn, 63

EAST LIVERPOOL – Richard L. “Dickie” Osborn, of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday morning, January 23, 2022, at his home. He was 63.

Born in East Liverpool, May 3, 1958, he was a son of Ruth A. Speerhas Osborn and the late Richard G. Osborn. A lifetime area resident, he retired from W.C. Bunting Company. A member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1976, he was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. As a child he was known as Bufford, he was an animal lover, especially his beloved Pomeranian Harley. Dickie loved to have fun and make jokes and had a big heart, especially when it came to his family.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kimberly Roberts Osborn, at home. The couple married February 11, 1983. He also leaves behind two children, a daughter, Brittany Emeloff and her husband, Todd, of East Liverpool, and a son, Justin Osborn of East Liverpool, as well as a grandson, Greysen Emeloff. He is also survived by a sister, Renee Wise and her husband, Jim, of East Liverpool, and two brothers, Greg Osborn and Ronald Osborn of East Liverpool.

Arrangements have been handled by the Dawson Funeral Home.
