Marcia Ann Youmans, age 79, of Lyons, died Friday, January 21, 2022, at her home after a brief illness.  She was a native of the Sharpespur Community in Montgomery County, a 1961 Honor Graduate of Montgomery County High School and lived in Toombs County most of her life.  She worked with Piggy Wiggly for sixteen years, Bruno’s, Thriftway as deli manager, and was owner/operator of Youmans Restaurant in Lyons.  She was a member of Lyons Free Will Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by her parents, William Morris Youmans and Annette Odom Youmans.

Her family includes one son, Bill Youmans of Lyons; one grandson, Tanner Youmans of Augusta; and several cousins, including Rubye Youmans, Barbara Trull, Charles Youmans and wife Alexis, all of Lyons, Tommy Youmans of Oak Park, Alice Youmans Morris of Merritt Island, Florida, and Janet Youmans Ogle and husband Johnny of Concord, North Carolina .
