Dorn, 87, of Lawrence, died Saturday January 22, 2022 in her home.</p> <p>She was born May 24, 1934 in Lawrence, a daughter of the late John F. and Laura Simpson Hutchison.</p> <p> Marian was retired as a teacher with Hillcrest Christian Academy and worked most of her career with Faith Community Christian School.. She was a member of Nottingham Christian Center enjoyed exercising, book club, ministry and quilting. Her greatest joy was serving 15 years as a missionary to the Congo.</p> <p> Surviving are two brothers; John (Jean) Hutchison and Robert (Ruth) Hutchison, two sisters; Jean Macik and Diane (Gary) Hartt and many nieces and nephews.</p> <p> Deceased are her husband; Kirk Dorn and three sisters; Thelma Jackson, Phyllis Kroll and Norma Koza.</p> <p> All arrangements are private and under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. in Finleyville.
