<p>Chesterfield, SC</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ms. Janet Haire Rivers, age 50, entered into rest on Saturday, January 22, 2022 with her family by her side. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at White&rsquo;s Creek Freewill Baptist Church by Pastor Richard Rainwater with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 3:00 &ndash; 4:00 PM Wednesday, prior to the service at the church and other times at the home of her mother, Hannah Johnson.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Due to COVID-19 regulations, our staff is committed to taking care of our guests and families that we serve. We also ask all guests and family members attending visitations and services to please continue social distancing and if desired to bring and wear a mask.</strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ms. Rivers was born Saturday, September 11, 1971 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of Hannah Gray Johnson and the late Wilbert Ray Haire. She was a 1989 graduate of Wallace High School and received her Associate of Applied Science degree from Florence &ndash; Darlington Tech. She was employed for many years as a mammographer with Chesterfield General Hospital. Janet enjoyed attending Cheraw Church of God.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A lady with a beautiful sense of humor, Janet was a very proud mom to her girls. She was always there for each sporting event they participated in and was extremely proud of their individual accomplishments. Other hobbies included boating and camping with her family through the years. She also enjoyed music and especially any album by Prince.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Survivors include her daughters, Averyona Gainey of Greenville, SC, Raeleigh Rivers, and Onnalaya Rivers both of Chesterfield, SC; mother, Hannah G. (Charles) Johnson of Chesterfield, SC; brother, Don Haire of Wallace, SC; nieces, Abigail and Elissa Haire; and nephew, Elijah Haire.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In lieu of flowers, for those wishing to be a blessing to the family during this time, please direct donations to Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, 318 E.           Ms. Janet Haire Rivers, age 50, entered into rest on Saturday, January 22, 2022 with her family by her side. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at White’s Creek Freewill Baptist Church by Pastor Richard Rainwater with burial to follow in the church cemetery.           Survivors include her daughters, Averyona Gainey of Greenville, SC, Raeleigh Rivers, and Onnalaya Rivers both of Chesterfield, SC; mother, Hannah G. (Charles) Johnson of Chesterfield, SC; brother, Don Haire of Wallace, SC; nieces, Abigail and Elissa Haire; and nephew, Elijah Haire.
