Jermain Tyrone Murray, age 45, of Goodland passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado. 

Jermain was born March 24,1976 to Julius Murray, Sr. and Melva Prescod in the Republic of Panama.  He grew up and went to school in Brooklyn, New York graduating from George Westinghouse High School in 1996.  Jermain accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized at Resurrection Temple of Our Lord, Inc. in Brooklyn where he served as a choir member and usher. In 1996 he enlisted in the United States Marines and later served in the National Guard.  In 2005 Jermain moved to Goodland and attended Northwest Kansas Technical College, taking collision repair and automotive technology.  He worked as a Manager at McDonald’s for 17 years.  Jermain enjoyed drawing, writing, music, racetrack driving, designing vinyl and spending time with his children, family and friends. 

He is survived by his wife, Johana Eddleman; children, Keith and Lillie Adams of McCook, NE, Aiden Stewart, Abigail Eddleman, Lathen Murray, Jessylynn Murray, Kembreigh Murray and T.J. Eddleman of Goodland, KS; mother, Melva Prescod of Rochester, NY; brother, Julius Murray, Jr. of Queens, NY; sisters, Carola Boza of Holley, NY, Katrina Murray and Tashana Bowen of Brooklyn, NY; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends who will cherish his memory.
