<p>Frances M. Shealy, 96, of Chapin, SC passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. She was born in Columbia, SC to the late Joseph and Lena R. Mooneyham.</p> <p>Frances was an amazing cook. She was a kind woman that gave so much to her family. Frances was a loving mother and grandmother.</p> <p>She is survived by her son, Monroe (Bernice) Shealy; her daughter, Patty Bagwell; her sister, Jolene Haigler; her grandchildren, Bryan (Shelly) Bouknight, Toby Bouknight, James Belford; her great-grandchildren, Sydney Bouknight and Tristin Jones.</p> <p>Frances is preceded in death by her loving husband of 78 years, Monroe F. Shealy; her sisters, Lucille Hicks and Ida Belle Gallaway.</p> <p>There will be a graveside service held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 11733 Broad River Road, Chapin, SC 29036 at 1:00PM. </p> <p>The family would like to give a special thanks to Mardina Harrison, Theresa Johnson, Nurse Kim and the kind staff at the Agape Hospice House of Lexington. </p> <p>In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Boys Farm, Inc. at 6655 SC-34, Newberry, SC 29108.</p>Obituary
