<p>Mr. Richard D. Kelley Jr., native of Greenville, MS and a resident of Moss Point, MS for the past 4 years passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at home. he was a member Belle Chase Chapel. He was also employed by Huffman Construction as a crane operator. He was a Veteran of the National Guard serving in the Vietnam War who retired after 2 1/2 years of duty. </p> <p>He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Kelley and father, Richard D. Kelley Sr.</p> <p>Richard is survived by his wife Jeannie Carol Kelley of 10 years, two daughters, and one son.</p> <p>Richard's celebration will be held in Section, AL later in April of 2022.</p>Obituary
