Richard Miguel Vargas “Rich” July 13. 1949 - January 15 2022 Proud San Francisco native son of Alfonso and Frances Vargas (Deceased) Survived by Roberta and daughters Simone (Dave) Jeanette (Jennifer) Frances (Mike) Rachelle (Santese) Rose (Lester) and stepdaughter Briana “Cita”. Proud Papa of Nicole, Ashley, Bryan, Alexys, Vincent, Tyler, Kay, Jennifer, Lorenzo, Salvador, Lester, Bella, Sincere, Amir and Great grandson Bradley. Also survived by Brother Tommy and Sisters Mary, Lisa and Theresa. Predeceased by Son Richard Vargas Jr and Siblings Annie, Alfonso, Alfred and Mikey. He was Little Richie to numerous cousins and Uncle Richie to many nieces and nephews. He loved watching the San Francisco Forty Niners, but everybody knew his favorite pastime was going to Bingo, so if you are going make sure you save him a seat.
