Robin Ann Patrick
Robin Ann Patrick née Sisson was born June 14, 1955 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. She was adopted and lovingly raised by Felix and Ruth Roberts of Ellettsville, IN. She attended Ellettsville High School where she met her future husband, Curt Patrick, who she married as soon as legally possible. Robin was beloved by her siblings, Joe and Kelly Roberts, Rick Sisson, Jeff Minx, and Lawrence and Reva Firkin. She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, her three children, Ian Patrick, Megan Pace, and Allison Patrick, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Dawson and Kelby Pace. One cannot fail to mention Jemima Jane, her Newfoundland and constant companion in later years. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Beyond caring for her family, she was devoted to helping children and teens through drama classes, sports groups, AWANAs, and Vacation Bible School. She was well known among her friends for her unending willingness to listen and minister to anyone who came to her in need of comfort. The humorous and motivational plays and sketches that she authored and directed have been enjoyed by hundreds of locals, and provided a creative outlet for participants in the several churches and programs that she was a part of. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Singing was her lifelong passion. She shared that passion regularly within the worship leadership group at Felton Bible Church throughout her membership there. Her lovely alto voice and her compassion and beauty will be greatly missed.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Crafting of various sorts provided her joy. She crafted in order to share with others. Many have been on the receiving end of hand drawn personal cards, paintings, and memorabilia customized specially for them. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Family and friends are invited to gather for an outdoor celebration of life 3:00 pm Sunday, Jan. 30th at Felton Bible Church (5999 Graham Hill Rd, Felton). Loved ones are encouraged to bring artwork gifted by Robin to display along with her photographs and heirlooms.
