Phyllis D Fuller, age 95, of Ramona, died Friday, January 14, 2022, at Madison Regional Health System of natural causes, with her grandson, Jason by her side. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at the Ellsworth Funeral Home in Madison. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.  

Phyllis was born in Winfred on August 9, 1926, to Walter and Emma (Wold) Dochnahl. She graduated from Ramona High School. On June 20, 1948, she married Charles L. Fuller in Reno, NV. They raised one daughter, Teresa Lynn. The couple lived in Long Beach and Whittier, CA, where she worked for Boeing. After her retirement, the couple sold their home and moved back to the house where she grew up, in Ramona. They bought a motorhome and set out to travel the countryside.  

Phyllis loved to travel, and even after her husband passed, she would travel from state-to-state in her motorhome, visiting relatives and shopping for antiques with her sister, Fern.  Phyllis also loved to dance. Her love of dance and fun was timeless, and she always had a smile for everyone she met. In 1987, she opened her home to her grandson, Jason, who was 13 at the time. Jason quickly became the light of her life, and she became his.  

Those who enjoyed Phyllis’s love are, five grandchildren: Jason Tomlinson (Sarah), Elicia (Keach) Jones, Erin Keach, Brandon Keach, April Keach, seven great-grandchildren: Rylee, Kendra, Caydence, Selah, Hope, Jeremiah, and Sadie; one niece, Donna (Rounds) and husband John Rumbaugh and their family Rachel (Will) Hangman, Andrew (Amy) Hanson, Alexxis (Robert) McKenney.  

The party greeting her in heaven include her husband, Charles; her parents, Walter and Emma; her daughter Teresa McGuire; her sister Fern Rounds; and her brother-in-law Meredith Rounds.
