Lillie Mae Carr Jones, age 83, of Gray, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Norton Medical Pavilion in Louisville, Ky.

Born in Clearfield, Tn, she was the daughter of the late George Lowe and Mary Owens Lowe. She had a passion for gardening, and especially loved her flower beds. Most of all Lillie Mae enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lloyd Carr; second husband, Johnny Jones; two sons, Roy Carr and Butch Carr; three grandchildren, Emily Carr, Wendy Kerr, and Tammy Decker; and three brothers, Charles Lowe, Junior Lowe, and Lee Lowe.

She is survived by her children, Johnny Carr, Troy Carr, Wayne Carr, Ledford Carr, Carolyn Carr, Ruby Christian, Wilma Decker, Mary Mayne, and Sallie Angel; brothers, Ernest Lowe and Frank Lowe; sisters, Norma Hatfield and Helen Brown; and by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6-9pm on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral, where her funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, January 19th with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating.

Burial will follow the service in Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin, Ky.
