Janie M. Weber of Cuba, Missouri was born on September 4, 1940 in Eldridge, Missouri to the union of Troy R. and Roma (Waterman) Mosier. She left from this life on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 81. Janie was united in marriage to Wm. Lee Weber on June 7, 1958 in Eldridge, Missouri. To this union three children were born Billie, Carla and Frankie. Janie retired from Kmart, after several years of dedicated service as a bookkeeper. After her and Lee moved to Cuba, she went to work at the Dollar General Store for a few years. She enjoyed reading, watching TV and gardening. Janie is preceded in death by her parents Troy R. and Roma (Waterman) Mosier; husband Wm. Lee Weber; two brothers Bill Gene Mosier and Tommy Richard Mosier; one sister Janice Fay Jennings. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her three children Billie Weber of Cuba, Carla Bailey of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Frankie Weber of St. Peters; four grandchildren Alishea, Ryan, Percy and Brittany, two step grandchildren Nathan and Cierra, one great grandchild Kinsleigh and two step great grandchildren Landyn and Zaine; nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Don Martin, officiating. Interment will follow at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
