Dr. Michael Bryan Reynolds, 65, of Brooksville passed away on January 7, 2022, at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in Hudson, Florida. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia and moved to Spring Hill 9 years ago from Dunedin, Florida. He was Christian by faith and a member of Spring Hill Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, James "Jim" Reynolds. Dr. Reynolds loved his children and spending time with his family. He enjoyed playing golf and tennis and was an avid Marshall Football Fan. He and his wife, Maralyn, were high school sweethearts and they rekindled and then married in 2018. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife Maralyn of Spring Hill, FL; his 2 sons: Michael B. Reynolds Jr. of Dunedin, FL; Addison Reynolds and his wife, Karla Reynolds of Sanford, FL; 2 Step-daughters: Katherine Cope and her husband, Russ of Centerville, OH; Rebecca Welton and her husband, Sean of Hilliard, OH; 4 Grandchildren: Raissa and Silas Cope and Vera and Rowan Welton; his mother: Joan Pauley Reynolds-Galford and her husband, Andy of Hurricane, WV; 2 brothers: Bruce Reynolds and his wife, Susan of Huntersville, NC; their children: Alexandra Reynolds-Erwin and her husband Alexander and Lisa Wood and her husband, Landis and their children: Georgia and Theodore Wood; and Bart Reynolds and his wife, Kim of Denver, NC; their daughter, Madelyn Reynolds. Dr. Reynolds has been in practice since 1985, and was employed with Access Health Care. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia and had practiced medicine for ten years in St. Albans, West Virginia. He completed both resident and internship at Warren General Hospital in Warren, Ohio. Dr. Reynolds received his Bachelor of Science degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia where he was a lifetime Alumni. He is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Pinellas County Osteopathic Society and Marshall University Alumni Group. He has practiced in Ohio, West Virginia, Texas and Florida.
