Randy Lee Winfield Charles Floyd Wolf – Born January 2, 1935 to Marie Vera Yoakum and Floyd T. Wolf at Sparks Memorial Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The last of five children, he was (by his youngest stepsisters account) the most spoiled baby in the hospital nursery. He is survived by his wife, Georgia Ann Wolf of the home, his older stepbrother Stephen Virgil Yoakum of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his youngest daughter Rhonda Marie (Hiatt) Schaupe also of Tulsa, six grandchildren somewhere around 25 great grandchildren and several great, great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, three stepsisters, Virginia Valelly, Alta Mae Crews, and Florence Fern Posey, oldest daughter Judy Carol Davis, and his son Ronald Lee Wolf.

Randy worked at many jobs during his lifetime starting out as an apprentice tool and die fabricator for the aviation industry, machine operator, shoe cobbler, aircraft mechanic, steel fabricator, police officer, and finally as a cost estimating engineer. He loved police work but wasn’t able to make ends meet financially on what was then being paid. Cost Engineering and Steel Fabrication were his strong points. He enjoyed making a living for his family.

Randy worked his way through two years of Aeronautical engineering at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas washing dishes and finally joining the University’s maintenance group which helped him innumerable times during his working years.

His earliest remembrances of church were attending Grand Avenue Methodist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas and then First Methodist Church of Vallejo, California but then attending various Baptist Churches throughout the rest of his life. He was allegedly saved early in life but (as he put it) “lived more for Satan than for Jesus!” His main regrets were that he probably helped put more people in Hell than he ever did to Heaven. It was not until the early nineties that he finally and completely gave his heart to Jesus Christ and even then fell several times from serving the true and living God and His Son, Jesus Christ!

He would beg you not to view him as a role model but rather as a sinner saved by grace with others far more Christlike than himself! Also to examine yourselves as to whether or not you have really and truly accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior? If you say you have then why aren’t you serving Him? He would implore you this very day to put away worldly pleasures and to live for Jesus. Someone once told him, “it’s my body and I’ll do what I want with it!” But his answer now would be, “If you’re saved, it’s no longer your body! Since you supposedly surrendered your all to Jesus in order to be saved! It is now the temple of the Holy Spirit, living within you!” And once again, he would implore those of you who have never accepted Jesus Christ as your savior, to accept Him before it’s too late! Why? Because he would dearly love to see you in Heaven and Not being cast into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone to suffer forever!
