      Mr. William Daniel Glover, age 38, entered into rest on Saturday, January 8, 2022. A graveside service will be held in the Grace and Mercy Worship Center Cemetery (formerly Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery), Chesterfield, SC, on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 1:00 PM. The family will greet friends at the cemetery following the service.

 

     Due to the continued COVID-19 precautions, the family respectfully requests no visitors at the home during this time. Thank you for your love, prayers, and understanding.

 

      Mr. Glover was born January 28, 1983, in Darlington, SC a son of Harry Lee and Billie Jean Sellers Glover. Daniel graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Mr. Glover was a member of the Sons of The Confederacy and he would often go to cemeteries to pay his respects to fallen soldiers. Daniel had a commitment to stewardship rather than ownership. He believed in taking care of things, not owning them. He found value in things that most people take for granted.

 

     Mr. Glover was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William Helton Sellers; maternal grandmother, Jean Ferguson Sellers; paternal grandfather, Harry Lee Glover; paternal grandmother, Alvenia Booth Glover; and uncle, William Helton Sellers, Jr.

 

          Survivors include his mother, Billie Jean Glover of Wilmington, NC; father, Harry Lee Glover of Florence, SC; siblings, Ashley Cribb of Wilmington, NC, Nila Cathleen Glover of Missoula, MT; aunt, Terry (Bill) Pegues; nieces & nephews, Tabytha Cribb, Alex Cribb, Jacob Cribb, and Isobel Nora Smith; cousins, Judith Jordan of Patrick, SC, Pamela Crowley of Patrick, SC, and James Eskridge of Wallace, SC.
