Anna G Lowe

Anna Geneva Lowe, age 88 of New Castle, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 6, 2022 at Henry County Community Health surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 3, 1933, in Russell Springs, Kentucky to the late Willie and Bernice (Workman) Groce. She was a New Castle resident since 1945. She was a homemaker since her marriage to the late Ralph Eugene "Gene" Lowe in February, 1952. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Left to cherish Geneva's memory are her children Ron (Cathy) Lowe and Janie (Jeff) Ashley. Grandchildren Gabriel Ayres, Jimmy Lowe, Jr., Rachael (Tom) Gideon, Amanda Ashley, Jeffrey (Megan) Ashley, Jr., Ronald (RK) Lowe, 12 great-grandchildren; brothers Kenny Groce, Phil (Barb) Groce, Jackie (CeCe) Groce; sisters Linda (Charles) McDaniels, Imogene Wooten, Louise Glover, Karen (Charles) Brann, Sharon (Larry) McFarland; brother-in-law Benny (Janet) Lowe and several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends Max, Barb, Izzy, Debbie and Sharon. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, children Jimmy, Sr., Kathy, Joey and Danny as well as several brothers and sisters and step-mother Anna Groce. Visitation for Anna will be Thursday January 13, 2022 from 11:00 – 1:00 at Rose City Funeral Home (Macer Hall Marcum Chapel) 2011 Broad ST New Castle, Indiana 47362.
