Obituary

Ryszard joined eternal rest suddenly on Monday, January 3, 2022.  A devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandpa & friend, he is now back with his beloved wife the late Bernadeta Krzeszowiec after almost 8 years apart, along with their dog “Bella”.  Ryszard loved his family & took pride in fishing for stripers with his son David. From memorable fishing trips with David & Roy catching albies & bluefish, he always enjoyed a great moment out on the water feeling free.  A master wood worker from Poland, a memorable story-teller, a tremendously kind soul, he felt for others with his huge heart.  He loved his pajama bottoms, feeding the squirrels & birds and had no problem being nice to complete strangers.  A great listener, he would truly do anything for those he loved.

He will be missed immensely by his son David Krzeszowiec, daughter-in-law Nicole Krzeszowiec, grandson Ethan Cooper, a brother Tadeusz Krzeszowiec and a sister Jozefa Krzeszowiec, dear friends Tomeck Jaros & Danuta Wolski, along with many friends & families.

Besides his wife, Bernadeta he was predeceased by his mother and father Wiktoria (Urbanik) and Franciszek Kreszowiec and a brother Jan Krezowiec.  Ryszard’s legacy in life was to just be happy and love the moments in your life with your family. “All of them”.

Friends and family may call at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home 96 Main Street Kensington on Monday, January 10, 2022 from 10 AM to 11 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Saint Paul Church, Kensington.  Burial will follow in Maple cemetery Berlin.
