<p>Dorothy &ldquo;Dot&rdquo; Elizabeth Pace Paris, 87 of Chickamauga, GA passed away Wednesday, December 29th, 2021 in a local healthcare facility.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Dot was born and raised in High Point, GA and was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area. She was a member of Lookout Baptist Church and attended Chattanooga Valley High School. Dot retired after over 25 years of service with Wal-Mart. She enjoyed sewing, tending to her plants, spending time at home, and took excellent care of her husband during his long illness. Dot most enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Dot was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Gene Paris; parents, Russell and Alene Pace.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Survivors include her children: Rhonda (Tom) Foley, Rusty (Teri) Paris, and Robin (Danny) Rosser; grandchildren: Trudy (Ethan) Teague, Mandy (Travis) York, Josh (Amanda) Paris, Corey Gilbert (Ashley Garcia), Cole (Mandy) Paris, and Hunter Foley; fourteen great grandchildren; and several extended family members.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>All services will be private.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Condolences may be shared at lane-southcrestchapel.com</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home &amp; Crematory, Rossville.</p>
