RANDOLPH, SR., BOBBY V.--age 81 of Powell, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at Ben Atchley State Veterans Home. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired electronics supervisor with FEMA and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Amos E. and Vertra E. Randolph, sister, Irene; brother, Billy. He is survived by wife, Doris Ballew Randolph; daughter, Dianna Randolph; sons, Bobby V. Randolph, Jr., and John Randolph; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Patterson and Sherria Pohl; stepdaughters, Sherrie, Kim and Melissa; special friends, Bill and Norm of Northern Virginia; several special step-grandchildren.
