<p>Thousand Oaks, CA</p> <p>Garry Kinsey passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. He was born August 3, 1946 in Columbus, OH.</p> <p>Garry graduated with an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy at El Camino College and a bachelor's degree at Whittier College. He worked as a respiratory therapist at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, served in the United States Navy, and was a Vietnam Veteran. He and his wife Sandy of 38 years raised their family in Victorville then moved to Thousand Oaks nine years ago. He was fond of creating mini replicas of U.S. ships - carriers, destroyers, frigates and the like.</p> <p>He is survived by his wife, Sandra Kinsey; daughter Devon Kinsey and her wife Jenna Morin; and son Shaun Kinsey.</p> <p>Garry's good humor and unconditional love will always be remembered.</p> <p>Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18 at Griffin Family Funeral Chapels,101 E.
