Obituary

Levi A. Bensen

Born in Minneapolis on March 3, 2015, Levi went to be with our Heavenly Father on December 6th, 2021.  He is survived by his mother Katie, father Jeremy and sister Aria.  He passed peacefully on a bright and sunny Monday morning, surrounded by his family.

Levi was diagnosed with PKAN, an ultra-rare neurological condition, on February 1st, 2019.  While the disease ran its course and his ability to walk and talk slowly left him, we could always see the love in his eyes and happiness in his smile.  If Levi knew that he had a difficult life, he never let it affect his spirit and he radiated love to his family, friends and care team.  Levi was a very happy little boy and enjoyed time with his family above all else.  He was always smiling and brought joy to all he met.  He will forever remain in our hearts.

Memorial Mass Monday, December 13, 2021 at 11:00 am at ST. MARY OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake. Visitation Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake and one hour before the Mass at church. Private family interment.
