Shirley Fay Casey of Crestwood, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at the age of 70. Shirley was a hard worker that retired from the Jefferson Manor and previously worked for her family’s restaurant, the Country Cottage, in Jeffersonville, IN. She enjoyed Louisville Cardinals Basketball, playing cards games like Rummy and Skipbo, but cherished her family most of all. Shirley is survived by her sons, Steve A. Casey and Anthony Casey Sr.; grandchildren, Anthony Casey Jr. (Leighanne), Bella, Hannah, Dailend, Triston, and Savannah; brothers, Bill Casey and Jerry (Darlene) Casey; nephew, Jimmy (Elaine) Johnson and many other nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Lola Casey and her siblings, Betty, Roy, Robert and Cathy. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 9 am until the Funeral Service at 11 am, all at Louisville Memorial Gardens East Funeral Home, 11601 Ballardsville Rd. Louisville, KY 40241. Burial will immediately follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
