Dorothy Dianne (Trenholm) Johnson

It is with great sadness that the family of Dorothy Johnson, age 72, announces her passing on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital. Born in Sackville, NB she was the daughter of Madeline Ethel (Bulmer) and the late Harry Vaughan Trenholm. Dorothy was loved and respected in her various positions with companies such as Fawcett Enamel and Heating, Atlantic Wholesalers, Tourism NB and H&R Block. She loved spending time at her cottage at Waltons Beach, travelling to new places, gardening, playing cards with family and friends and always looked forward to her family lobster boils. Dorothy was a “mom” to many, especially Mary Jane and Scott, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Madeline Ethel (Bulmer); her son, John Johnson (Katherine); her husband of 29 years, Eric Wheeler; her brother, Kenneth “Buddy” Trenholm (Linda); her half-sister, Janet Saulnier (Mark); her half-brother, Kevin Milner (Kristey), as well as by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Dorothy was pre-deceased by her father, Harry Vaughan Trenholm. Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (506) 364-8188. In keeping with Dorothy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visiting hours to celebrate Dorothy’s life will take place on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 7-9 pm at Campbell’s Funeral Home. In keeping with Covid restrictions, Proof of Double Vaccination, a Government ID and masks are required. We thank you for your understanding.
