Sandra K. Mullins, 73, of Vienna died Friday December 3, 2021 at CCMC Memorial Campus. She was born in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Chuck and Midge (Daugherty) Liddle. She was a 1966 graduate of Parkersburg High School. She was a bank teller and member of North Parkersburg Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of fifty-three years David Mullins; two children Kimberly Dodrill (Vaughn) of Waverly, WV and Jeffrey Mullins (Misty) of Melbourne, FL; three granddaughters Abigail, Chaeli, and Chloe; and a brother Ron Liddle (Carol) of Washington, WV. Services will be Monday 3:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Visitation will be Monday 1-3 PM.
