James “Jim” Shipley was a resident of Oklahoma City. He joined Jesus in Heaven on December 4, 2021. Jim was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma on March 19, 1951. He graduated from Chickasha High School in 1970.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Delmar and Frances Shipley, two brothers, David and Gary Shipley, and one sister, Linda Shipley.

He loved road trips and the Dallas Cowboys. He was a proud patriot and military veteran. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A private family memorial will take place on December 8, 2021. The family would like to thank all the nursing, medical, and hospice staff for their care and kindness.
