Augustin Landry
Peacefully at the Fredericton Hospice, Augustin “Gus” Landry passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at the age of 73. Gus was born on February 14, 1948 son of the late Fabien and Elisabeth (Duguay) Landry. Gus is survived by his loving wife Arlene and his children Tammy and Gaston; brother Arthur Landry (Lorraine); grandchildren Saria-May Jones (Nathaniel), Kyran Ashfield, Ada Landry, Madison Landry; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; siblings Aurora age 3, Delisca, Eudore, Anne-Marie Chaisson (Gerard), Lionel, Aurele (Alida) and Aurora (named after their first child). Gus retired from the military after 37 years as RSM and then worked many years with Lockheed Martin at C.F.B Gagetown. A Celebration of Gus’s life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in the compassionate care of Chipman Funeral Home Ltd. & Crematorium.
