Lisa Benjamin

Lisa Benjamin was born May 1, 1970, in Florence, SC unto Willene Benjamin and Allen Grant. In 1972 she was blessed to be reared by James B (Willene) Smith. On December 5, 2021, she entered into eternal rest at Morris Manor in Laurinburg, NC. She received her education in Essex County, Orange High School of NJ, after graduating Lisa returned to Florence, SC where she lived a happy, joyful, and spirited life in the Carolinas. She was formerly employed with Liberty Optical Warehouse. In 1994 Lisa was involved in a tragic car accident that left her incapacitated. Lisa then spent the remaining part of her life at Scottish Pines Nursing Home in Laurinburg, NC. Left to cherish her memories is her mother Willene Benjamin (Charles) Carter of Florence, SC; father Allen (Claudette) Grant Sr., of Florence, SC; four sisters Stacie (William) Cooper of Charleston, SC, Daisy (Christopher) Wilkerson of Memphis, TN, Darshikia Williams of Florence, SC, and Jessica White of Florence, SC; two brothers Delontae (Melanie) Williams of Florence, SC, Allen (Jeendra) Grant Jr; grandmother Florence B. Grant of Florence, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
