Elizabeth “Betsy” B. Guarascio, age 77 of Saylorsburg, PA passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021 at her home. Elizabeth was the loving wife of the late Frank E. Guarascio who preceded her in death on October 18, 2011. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 2, 1944, the daughter of the late Edward Denyer Jackson and Genevieve (Allen) Jackson. Elizabeth had worked as a Travel Trainer for Para-Professional in Staten Island, NY for 15 years. We have been blessed with the presence of Elizabeth in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her daughter: Donna Higginbottom and her husband Robert of Roselle, NJ. She is also survived by several loving nieces & nephews. In addition to her husband Frank, she was preceded in death by a son: Robert E. Birmingham and a brother: Thomas Jackson. Funeral services will be held 4:30 PM, Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Route 209, Gilbert, PA. Family and friends are welcome to offer condolences from 2 pm until time of service at the funeralhome. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
