Carol Ann Wadding
Carol Ann Wadding, age 85, of Tecumseh, MI passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Hospice of Lenawee home. She was born on October 5, 1936 in Pittsburgh, PA a daughter of the late Bud and Grace (Hamilton) Lightcap. Carol was Lutheran and was a foster grandparent and loved to help her daughter sew. She was an avid reader, loved going to the beach and everyone that knew her loved her. Most of all she was an incredible grandmother to her grand and great-grandchildren. Carol is survived by her children, Deborah Lynn (Thomas) Rickelmann of Clinton, MI, James William Wadding of MI, Jeffery Edward (Jackie) Wadding of Pepperell, MA and Daniel Thyer (Michelle Giordano) Wadding of Nazareth, PA; twelve grandchildren, Sarah, Thomas, Julie, Mike, Michelle, Jessica, Stephanie, Eddie, Jeffery, Tyler, Carlee and Gavin and 8 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, Carol is preceded in death by a son, Bud E. Wadding. According to Carol’s wishes, there will be no services and cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee. Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes.Obituary
