Mr. Timothy Swanigan, age 59 of Fayette, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 12-noon from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in  Miracles of Faith Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 11-A.M. till 12-noon at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Houston and Lissie Mae Cochran, sisters: Lillie Mae Swanigan, and Maddie Swanigan, and grandparents: Otis and Beatrice Swanigan, and Raily and Carrie Cochran.

Survivors include his wife: Judy Swanigan, son: Isaac Johnson, brothers: Larry Cochran, Billy Cochran, Robert Swanigan (Margo), James Dave Swanigan (Robin), Dave Swanigan (Marie), sisters: Audrey Gay Cochran, Shirley Ann Swanigan, Anita Ray Cochran, and Diane Cochran (Andrew).

Timothy was born March 16, 1962 in Fayette, AL. He was employed by Plyco of Fayette for 13 years. Timothy was baptized at and attended Miracles of Faith Church. He loved spending time with his wife and taking rides to visit family and listen to music. He loved seeing his nieces and nephews. He spent most of his time at home with the love of his life, those were his most precious moments. 

Honorary pallbearers are: Plyco Staff, Larry Cochran, Billy Cochran, Robert Swanigan, Dave Swanigan, and James Swanigan.

Active pallbearers will be: Sidney Cochran, Kenneth Hill, Jr., Stacy Cochran, Chris Swanigan, Derek Jones, and Emmanuel Cochran.
