Elsie M. Whitmore
Elsie Maxine (Wilkerson) Whitmore, age 81, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 3, 2021. Elsie was born to Rev. James and Maxine Wilkerson in Mansfield, OH. Elsie graduated in 1958 from Anthony Wayne High School and married Daniel A. Whitmore on August 20, 1960. Elsie enjoyed singing in the church choir, baking cookies with her grandchildren, and listening to southern gospel music. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Daniel; sons, Kirk (Kim) and Eric Whitmore; grandchildren, Allison, Abby, Emily, Brie, Caleb and Cole; great granddaughter, Heide; and sister, Carol (Bob) Starr. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Jessie, Elaine, Paul, John, Mary and Gordon; and several nieces and nephews. The family will have a private memorial. A Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021, 12:00 Noon at Bethel Assembly of God, 665 W. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg, Ohio.
